Orders and Shipping
We usually send the same day dependant upon volume of orders, but your order will be dispatched within 8 working hours or you will be contacted before that time expires.
Click on My Account on the top header menu and fill in all details, this allows you to keep track of purchases and orders.
Click on My account and edit details. If this is in relation to a current order, please contact us ASAP.
You will receive notification emails at each point of your order until completion whcih is when we have dispatched your order. This email contains tracking information that you can click on and track the movement of your shipment.
No, our payment provider only keeps your information.
All sales include GST.
We ship to all countries.
In most cases your order will arrive in one package, if it is separate packages, you will see separate items on your tracking information.
